The Monaco Grand Prix 2025, now officially titled "Formula 1 TAG Heuer Grand Prix de Monaco 2025" thanks to a partnership with luxury watch brand TAG Heuer, will take place from May 22 to 25, 2025.
Major changes for the 2025 edition:
- 2 mandatory pit stops: The FIA has announced that, to increase suspense and race strategy, each driver must make at least two pit stops during the race, compared to just one previously. This measure aims to make the race more dynamic on Monaco's narrow circuit.
- Use of multiple tyre types: In dry conditions, drivers will be required to use at least three sets of tyres, with a minimum of two different compounds, to diversify race strategies.
